SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are shipped 7-14 business days after they are placed and a confirmation email has been received. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include the weekend or holidays.

You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

Due to the nature of our product, all orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail because both mail classesΒ arrive in 3-5 business days this way you will receive your product in the freshest state. This also allows less of a chance for your package to get stuck in a sorting facility for over a week or more during the holiday season.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages that are not able to be delivered for any reason. If the customer input the wrong shipping address we can not change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. The customer needs to reach out to their local USPS if a package could not be delivered. No refunds will be issued for incorrect shipping addresses.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, please reach out to your local USPS so they can give you an exact location of where your package was delivered. Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered when they haven't been so please allow an extra 3-5 business days for your package to show up but you should still reach out to USPS about this before waiting.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the tracking shows delivered. You may open a claim with USPS, but we are not responsible once USPS scans the package delivered at the address the customer provided.Β

ORDER TRACKING

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged. Please allow up to 24 hours for that tracking number to become active or updated in the USPS system.

IN STORE PICK UPΒ 

If you live in the local RGV/956 area you may come and shop in store without needing to call ahead.

Sat/Sun: 12PM - 7PM

If you would like to order ahead for quick pick up please call us at (956) 420-1889 to place an order by telephone. Local orders are usually ready in 20-30 minutes. IfΒ it is a bulk order for an event or party we might have the candy ready and available and will only need a few hours for prepping. However, please try to place orders for events or parties with at least a week in advanced notice.

You may come inside to pick up your order by giving us the order name.

For curbside please call us at (956) 420-1889 once you've arrived in the parking lot and we will bring your order out to your vehicle.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures atΒ help@texaschiledulceria.comΒ if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns, no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 12-24 hours after the initial purchase. To cancel please email us atΒ help@texaschiledulceria.com. We can not cancel or refund your order once it has been marked as shipped.
